Kylie Jenner’s Hourglass Workout

I was curious to know what Kylie Jenner’s workout routine was like. She recently shared with her followers some snippets of her workout routine on her IG stories and I was so excited to see it.

One of the things that caught me off guard was finding out she does up to two workouts a day! You can clearly see how serious Kylie is with her fitness goals.

Big on Cardio

According to her IG stories, Kylie enjoys cardio. She has a treadmill that she uses quite often for her warmup and her workouts. While running on her treadmill, she shares with her 225 million followers that she does, “ 30 minutes a day with a 12 incline 3.2 speed then jog at the end as long as I can.”

Talk about a girl having aerobic endurance. With that kind of setting, she gets to burn more calories and increase the intensity of her workouts. No wonder she posts numerous selfies showing off her hourglass figure. Treadmill workouts make good use of the abdominal muscles and over time, Ab muscles will definitely start to show.
